For a system running with a single GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card NVIDIA specifies that a minimum 500 Watt or greater power supply with a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and with at least two 6-pin PCI-Express Supplementary Power Connectors should be used.

The Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W for $54.99, with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 40 Amps and one 6-pin and one 6+2-pin PCI-Express Supplementary Power Connectors meets your requirements.

The CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W (CMPSU-500CXV2) for $59.99, with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 34 Amps and two 6+2-pin PCI-Express Supplementary Power Connectors meets your requirements.

The MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II is factory overclocked to a Core Clock of 880 MHz and a Memory Clock of 1050 MHz. It also uses its own custom cooling solution.

A reference clocked GeForce GTX 560 Ti has a Core Clock of 822 MHz and a Memory Clock of 1002 MHz.

Yes. It's guaranteed by MSI to operate at 880 MHz.

If you buy a reference clocked card it is only guaranteed to run at 822 MHz and not 1 MHz more. If you overclock it and it doesn't work at the overclocked speed, too bad for you, since there is no guarantee that it would.

Rosewill RV2-700 700W 28a x2 $35
XIGMATEK NRP-PC702 700W 30a x2 $60
COOLMAX RM-1000B 1000W 22a x2/25a x2 $80 (future proof for sli and ocing)
CORSAIR TX650 V2 650W 53a x1 $90

that coolmax is garbage and none of those PSU have 2, 3, or 4 rails. they all have one single rail that has been split so you don't add the rails together to get a total of amps on the rail. You would need to see the watts that 12v rails provides to find the amps.

COOLMAX RM-1000B 1000W 22a x2/25a x2 66.66666a max $80 wow that mean only 3 of the 4 rails are useful. it is junk
CORSAIR TX650 V2 650W 53a max $90

a PSU with 40a+ on its 12v rail will do the job, i power my gtx560ti on a 550w PSU with 45a on the 12v rail, during gaming I'm only at 330w with an OC phenom II x4 @ 3.8.
