Well, my good old (bad) 8800GT fried.. Again.
I am looking to replace it with a GTX 460. http://www.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=01G-P3-1372-TR&family=GeForce 400 Series Family&sw=

Can my power supply run it?

Minimum of a 450 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps.)
Two available 6-pin PCI-E power dongles

That is what I am worried about, except my power supply is 750 Watts. It has 4 +12 Volt rails, each at 18 amps.
But this also uses 2 connectors, does that mean its running off of 48 amps? Or does it mean something like 2 rails, at 12 amps each, giving it 24 amps from the 2 connections.
Please tell me I can run this :p I already ordered it. I guess I'll see if I can RMA if it doesn't work on my computer..

What make and model is the power supply, if its a cheapo generic brand then I would highly suggest getting a good brand psu such as corsair etc etc.

If you have two 6-pin PCI-E power dongles that are sitting on saparate cables that are coming out of your PSU than you are OK. Each one will have 18A so together the card will get 36A.
