Need Help - Bootup Problems on New Build

Hey everyone, new builder here. Anyway, recently built a new rig, and managed to get it to work for 2 days. This afternoon, I had to quickly shut my comp down, so I turned off the PSU while Windows was updating. I came back tonight, and the machine doesn't seem to be booting up.

Specs are -
Windows Vista
CoolerMaster Scout Case
ASRock Fatalit1y Z77 Motherboard
Sapphire 6850 Toxic Card
Sapphire 1250 Watts PSU
2x 8GB Corsair DDR3 RAM

Managed to play some games on this comp, so it seemed to be working alright. Not sure what's happening now, but it is turning on for 3 seconds, then turning off. The Mobo code is showing "55".

Oh, and the CPU is an Intel 3770k LGA1155 3.5 GHz Quad Core

Ok, so I seemed to have fixed the on and off issue, but I still cannot access my computer. What happens now is that it goes to the Fatalit1y main screen, then goes to the Windows Loading Screen with the green bar. After this, it just turns to a blank gray screen, and there appears to be no number on the mobo.
