How do I unsubscribe notifications of new posts to a thread?

Today, if my e-mail inbox, I've received an e-mail from Tom's hardware that reads' To go to this message, follow this link: :

I don't recall subscribing to notifications for that thread, possibly it's just a mistake. Either way I want to unsubscribe!

Except it will have a red line through it for you, which means unsubscribe. Check your profile options, you may have automatic subscriptions enabled. If you use the quick reply it never subscribes just FYI.
