5400 vs 7200: worth the price?

Hello,
Looking at purchasing a low budget Dell Inspiron 17R (6gb memory,500-640gb hard drive, i5 process), but would like an option for a 7200 vs 5400 rpm hard drive. Is it worth paying potentially another 150.00 for a $700-$800 (base price) computer?

If I understand correctly, the computer with a 5400RPM HDD is $700~$800 and the one with a 7200RPM HDD is $150 more?

Not worth it.

By the way, why don't you build your own computer?

Dell inspiron 17r is a notebook right? i wouldn't spend that $150 for that 7200rpm harddisk if i were you.
