hi there.
im interested in buying a nvidia gtx 580.
I just wanted to get some opinions on which brands would be the best. Im not an extreme techy so i wouldnt likely be "overclocking" or "overvolting" (honestly i dont even know what overvolting means...) lol
so id be basiclly looking for a GPU that i can just get and plug in and thats that. But if it came stock OC then that might help me.

so basically which would be the best gtx580 that is either stock, or comes OC, as i wouldnt know how to overclock/voltage it after i got it. accept with "ntune" but i dont really know what im doing with that anyway, so yeah, a card that i can just plug in and play.

also whether i should buy two gtx580s or maybe just go with the bigger gtx590. which would peform better, in 1920x1080 resolution, but i doubt id be using multpile screens with higher resolutions. But thats a question for another time as i wont have that much money for a while!
thanks for your help, i really appreciate it!
James.

I like EVGA the best for the 580's due to the lifetime warrenty, also you can change the cooler or add watercooling without voiding warrenty.

1st choice- Better fan setup

2nd choice- stock superclock

3rd choice- watercooling best bet always

Also if you buy the cheapest gtx 580 you can find water blocks range from 100$-150$ easy to install.

Remeber the gtx 580 gets quite hot when gaming, What case do you have and what power supply. What cpu also?

This is a good choice, but this issue with it is if you plan to sli later on you cant, 3 slot cards make it hard if not immposible. Also IMO I feel that Asus rma has gotten worst the last few times I used them.
