that is a very general question.
as far as onboard sound just about all motherboards have it but there isn't a problem with installing and using another sound card.

on the intel side all motherboards except the p67 support onboard video since socket 1155 has the igpu on the cpu. on the AMD side there are many that do not have onboard graphics.

so the two questions that need answered first is intel or amd?

then whats the budget?
