Intermittent System and HDD LED's problen

Hi All,

I had replaced my old psu with a Seasonic S12II 520W and since then the hdd and system led's are not functioning properly.
The led's work fine for say 2 mins after which they starting dimming and and go off and then again start working properly after sometime, this keeps happening continuously.

The system is running fine though and also the psu is not overloaded as me using this psu on a P4 with a AGP card.

Please Advice.

Does the old power supply still work? If so swap it back, and see if the problems reoccur. If it doesn't then its probably safe to assume you have a bad power supply and need to rma it.

Checked it with my old psu but the same results.

Seems like there is some problem with the motherboard...
