Hi guys, I'm back again.

Finally got my parts back from Scan after they said that there was no fault with it. Plugged it all back in now and I manage to boot it up!!!

Alas that was not the end of my problems.

On initial boot-up the mobo isn't seeing the HDD's in certain ports on the mobo. It sees them in BIOS but not on bootup. If I try other ports on the mobo(7-8 instead of 1-2) then it sees them on boot-up after it says it can't find them after stating it can't find them, then on a second attempt it sees them, then it goes into the BIOS for an initial setup.

After setting it up, it restarts as normal then the same thing happens again. Before going into the BIOS, it says that there is a "CPU FAN ERROR" and keeps coming up with this.

Tried about 5 boots this morning before work but havn't had too much time to fiddle about with it at the moment and will try again when I get home.

Any ideas guys?
