is this a shared memeory card or a dedicated one and also how many memory does it have? thank you.

The ATI HD 3200 is an integrated chipset. How much dedicated memory it has depends on your motherboard. Ever since the introduction of Microsoft Windows Vista, all systems share memory with the graphics card (whether it needs it or not).

Just for reference, ATI Hypermemory and NVidia TurboCache both refer to shared memory (regardless of the OS installed).
