Need motherboard help

I need a motherboard that can run an Intel Pentium 4 3.4Ghz w/ 800 MHz bus in an LGA 775 socket and has 3 or more PCI-X (not express) 64 bit 133 MHz slots.

I am struggling to find something compatible with these old Pentium 4 processors.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is that what you're looking for? Some of them have the pci-e but they also have the pci that you are looking for I think.

PCI -X was limited largerly to a server products (at least for us). It was not placed on any of our desktop boards. The closest that I can find that was in our line up to what you are looking for was the Intel® SE7221BK1-E but it only had 1 PCI-X slot. After this you would have to move to a dual processor Intel Xeon® board SE7201BR2 but it would support your processor. I am sorry to say that you are going to have a hard time find a board that supports the PCI-X slots that you are looking for, along with support for the processor and then even harder finding someone that has one.
