best computer for under 1350?

I want to start gaming on computers and i want someone to find me the best buy for $1350.
I heard buying the parts seperately is cheaper so if someone can list the parts that would work together.
I'm moving to canada soon so i cant buy it soon but later would. Do not include a mouse or keyboard because i have my own already
