My computer tower turns on but my peripherals dont

Hello, I was using my tower yesterday with no issues whatsoever. This morning, however, I went to turn on my computer, the tower's fan began to spin and sounded as if it were booting up as usual. I turned on my monitor and there was no image or text displayed on the screen and my peripherals do not function or even light up. What could have happened overnight to cause this? How do I fix it?

have you tried clearing the cmos, there should be a jumper somewhere on the motherboard or if not unplug the power and take out he bios battery for 5 minutes then replace and reboot
