Corsair Vengeance 16GB Pc3-12800 + Asrock Extreme4 Z77?

This is my first computer I'm building, and I need about 16Gb of RAM to go with my Asrock Extreme4 Z77 mobo. would the Corsair Vengeance 16 GB : 4 x 4 GB Memory - DIMM 240-pin - 1600 MHz ( PC3-12800 ) - 1.5 V work with it?

The link to this RAM is http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=ram&sugexp=chrome,mod%3D6&um=1&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=14882110102995135869&sa=X&ei=z3w8ULrCDYejiQeb-IDgCQ&ved=0CNgBEOUNMAE.

If the ram doesn't go with the mobo, can you suggest any other alternative ram? :)

Because I'm going for price, would the G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9Q-16GBRL work with it as well? I just chose this because it's a bit cheaper than the corsair one

  4. That RAM is good as well. Corsair is better IMHO, but G.Skill is good too.
