Asus M4A78LT-M LE

Hello guys, im new to this site. I want to upgrade to a quadcore CPU but am not sure which to get, i was looking at the Amd Phenom II X4 960T and the Phenom X4 965 but when I check on the Asus website it's not clear whether these CPU's are supported, can anyone confirm if they are? If they are not can someone suggest a decent quad core CPU. I play some games now and then like BF3, anything under £100 would be good.

No CPU's over 95W on the list, so I'm guessing they are not supported by the board. The X4 945 or the X6 1055 are top of the list.
