Best video card for my system

Hey i was just wondering whats the best video card for my current system setup. Im not tiring to replace anything else unless i REALLY have to. my budget is anywhere under 200. the cheaper the better but i dont want to save money on a crappy video card either. Im also going to get a monitor that supports 1920x1080. So i assume my current video card wont be able to support it as well as my current 1280x720 monitor.

Heres my current setup:

Biostar n68s+ motherboard
AMD Phenom II x4 945 3.0ghz
4gb Ram
512mb 9800gt akimbo
500w Rosewill RD500-2db

GTX 460 or a Radeon 6870.

Radeon 6870 is the top choice, the 560 ti is very good but more expensive.
