hi all i need help bad my computer is stuck in the windows resume loader view and my enter buttons wont work so i cant select the options given nay ideas?

pull the plug out of the wall , and then reconnect

try pressing F8 while it boots and seeing if theres an option to boot in safe mode

nothing same i have two options 1. continue with system resume and
2 delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu.
and i cant use my enter keys to select anyone the keys are not working so i need some other way to select either option so the system can continue booting.

if you have a wireless keyboard try connecting a wired keyboard

dont have a wireless keyboard i tried conecting my wireless mouse that did not work
