Is there anyway to do this? I can use the VGA port along with HDMI or DVI, but I cannot use both HDMI and DVI at the same time. I was thinking maybe because the VGA was an analog signal? Could someone educate me please.

Usually it is the limitation of the boards with IGP that prevents you from using both digital outputs at once from the integrated GPU.

Yes the nVidia chipset on this motherboard is limited to a single Digital signal at a time. Only possible configurations for this board is:
DVI-D + VGA
or
HDMI only
If you want HDMI and DVI, you will have to add your own discrete (separate) video card like an ATi 5450 with DVI and HDMI
