I have seen a lot of posts on this issue but no solutions that seems to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have an ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe mobo that has worked beautifully for four or five years and last night the power supply fried on me. I replaced the power supply but now the computer won't power on. The LED on the mobo lights up but no fans, no POST, no nothing. I have disconnected the video, memory, hdds and even the CPU and can't get a twitch out of the fans or anything.
Physical examination of the mobo doesn't show any burns or bad caps so I'm not sure the mobo fried or not. Anyone have any ideas?
Same situation happened to me also with system light up. But what i did was try to hold the power on button the cabinet light comes up and goes down, after sometime it will start fully. or try disconnect Ethernet, mouse and do the above mentioned
