I have replaced everything but the case. Keeps resetting.mostly when I try to play a game or run a test.

I would go into the bios first and make sure the ram settings are correct. Pay particular attention to the voltage being used.

all the corsair vengence kits on newegg are 1.5v modules.
Look up your specific modules to get their timings, something like 9-9-9-24.
Next go into the bios's memory section and see what its set to. If it doesn't match what you looked up, voltage and timings, then set it manually or reset the cmos and hope it does a better job detecting it when you boot up again.
