Alright, I currently have this as my setup:

(RAM) 4 GB Dual channel DDR2

(CPU) Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3.06ghz

(GPU) EVGA Nvidia GTX 260 Core 216

(OS) Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate

(Motherboard) MSI g31tm-p21

(Hard Drive) Seagate 1 Terabyte HDD 7200 RPM

(PSU) kentech pspk-600 600W power supply DC output: +3.3=45a +5v=50a +12v=22a -12v=0.8a -5v-sb=2.0a.

I have no future plans to overclock, especially without a bigger and better psu, now will a gtx260 c216 run on this system setup? Thank you in advance

You could run your system on a good quality 430 watt psu.
What you described is no more powerful than a modern, good quality 300 watt psu, get a new power supply.
