Which Motherboard?

Which motherboard? MSI Z77 MPOWER (as soon as it comes out), or the Gigabyte Z77 UP4? I'm very interested in the MSI since they put it on a test bench with an OC'd Ivy Bridge and run Prime 95, but I've heard bad things about MSI. The Gigabyte one looks interesting because of the IR Powerstages.

There's no reason to spend that kind of money, though, unless you want to go for trophy overclocking. If you want to save our money, just get an ASRock Z77 Extreme4.

It'll get you an extra 400mhz, maybe, though it could also be 200, and it'll be at the cost of CPU lifespan because you'll have to overvolt. Is that worth $140? Your choice.
