Need help choosing a motherboard

I am new to computer building (and forums) and i think that everything I have so far is good except for not having a motherboard. I am using the computer for video, audio, and photo editing (nothing extreme) with a little bit of gaming on the side. I am pretty set on the parts I have unless they aren't compatible for any reason. I am looking for a motherboard that is fairly cheap but isn't garbage either. My build right now is

PROCESSOR- Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

RAM- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

For your processor and without the desire to add a second graphics card, I might suggest the ASRock Z68 PRO3 GEN3 available here for $104

If you are considering a second graphics card in SLI, or that possibility in the future, that one won't work.
