Is there any difference between these mother boards besides the
1 x TPM connector(s)
1 x COM port(s) connector(s);
on the p8z77-v ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131820 )
and the 1 extra Chassis Fan connector of the pro edition http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131819

My build is going to be consisting of
either one of these mobos (also been looking at the asrock extreme4 or 6
2x8gb corsair vengeance
GTX 680 4gb
i7-3770k
120g SSD (for OS and Games)
2tb hard drive
SeaSonic X750 Gold ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&N=100006654&isNodeId=1&Description=SeaSonic+X750+Gold&x=16&y=16 )
also don't know whether or not to go to water cooling for both the cpu and the gpu or use a Noctua Fan NH-C14 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608024 ) for the cpu and keep the stock fans on the graphic card.

sorry for the links just thought you would rather have is accessible if needed, and I would very much like imput.

Duh what?! Perhaps the biggest differences are the V PRO adds additional Phases for improved OC'ing (improved stability @ lower vCores), and an eSATA/USB 2.0 PCIe Card.

However, if you like doodads (Thunderbolt option, Bluetooth, added Phases, Dual Band WiFi, 'better' Sound, Dual LAN, etc) then take a look at the Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe.

The pro also comes with an included wireless module that I find to be actually pretty fast, and the included antennae I find to be for the most part visually appealing, and it has magnets allowing you to attach it on an metallic surface.
