For Best Cooling? More air in or more air out?

Should I be trying to push more air in a box or out to achieve the best cooling as possible?

Good question .

Some case makers claim positive pressure cases where the air is pumped in can cool better because the air is denser .
I think that is wishful thinking since the back of the case lets the air straight out again.

Definitely suck the air away and out from the hot components like the cpu and graphics card . Additional fans in front can help
