How to find the model of webcam & soft ware

Hello,
I, don't know the model ofweb cam and also I don't have the software to load. Pl. help

Click start, then right click on computer and select manage. Windows will then bring up a window with a menu on the left, select device manager. From here search for your webcam. Once you have found the webcam right click on it and select properties. A window will appear telling you information about the device (this should include the manufacturer and the model). After you have found the make and model search for the manufacturer's website and download the drivers from there, if they don't have the drivers then search for them using google.
