Crossfire with onboard gpu

Hello, I'm considering to buy a motherboard with an Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU and run it in crossfire with a 5770. Is this worth it since it has to share memory off the mobo? I'm worried it might slow down my system since there will be more traffic on the memory channel is this correct?

HD 3000? I think you can only crossfire an integrated 3200 or 3300 to a Radeon 3450 or 3470. There is a table somewhere in ATI/AMD's site that has that info.
