Problems with new computer

I also have a ASUS GTX590, a Maximus IV Extreme - Z motherboard, and the ram is Ripjaws 2133 MHz



On a clean install after installing all drivers I am experiencing some problems. Most programs I try and open will not open unless I right click and open as an administrator. If I just click it normally it does nothing, but when I check task manager it's in there under the processes tab.

Also when I try to access the sound settings in Control Panel the window freezes.

Any help would be great, if anyone needs more info or anything explained better let me know - I'm pretty hungover right now so my brain isn't working at 100% haha

Replace the motherboard and the problems will be over.
