Gigabyte Ga-x79-ud5 bios trouble

On my Ga-x79-ud5 mobo I have two bios\'s M_bios and B_Bios . well When I go to boot into M_bios the coputer does nothing just black screen ....B_Bios is fine thou .. do I hav to shut it all down and pull the battery out to reset the computer ..what I think needs done is the bios flashed to it but computer does nothing but a black screen.

Gigabyte has responded to my email informing me to remove the battery to clear cmos. back to factory setting .
