AND on the cooler, thanks, might get that, or might go a bit higher, whats the next best cooler for like a 4.6ghz oc?

Thermaltake Frio for a few dollars more, or if you can find it...the Scythe Mugen 3. Otherwise your going to spend a small fortune.

All those Gen3 boards I linked up above all have the PCI-E 3.0 slots.

I'm not sure how you got that. For example if you click the link to that extreme3 gen3 board to pccasegear and read the specs it says right on there: 2 x PCI-Express 3.0 next to "Slots".
