Dell motherboard fan is running is too fast ??

Hello,
I have Dell Optiplex 280 which i have bought used from the market
3GHz 1GB RAM and 80GB IDE Hard disk. when i am start the system fan is running is too fast i was change all capacities than same issue so what i do now please tell me

Hi, this may happen from over heating system. Try to remove dust form your system. If you want to reduce system fan speed, then check in mobo bios if it gives you the option.
