Recommend me a new graphics card for my old computer

hello this is my first post and i have a really old computer approximately 6 years old maybe more. i am trying to install another 1gig of ram and also i am trying to install a new graphics card so i can run basic games (such as combat arms, AVA, and left4dead) without "lag" maybe some newer games on low graphics quality(call of duty if it can handle it). please recommend me a good AGP graphics card that is compatible with my computer. Also tell me if I will be able to run some games on it without lagging thanks.

BUDGET: 150 dollars for both the 1 gig of ram and graphics card
here is the ram i found :http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820236112
this leave me about 120$ to spend. (if you find better ram tell me)

Here are the specs:
MOTHERBOARD:
-CPU Type Intel Celeron D 325, 2533 MHz (19 x 133)
-Motherboard Name Foxconn 661M03-G (3 PCI, 1 AGP, 2 DDR DIMM, Audio, Video, LAN, IEEE-1394)
-Motherboard Chipset SiS 661FX
-System Memory 1216 MB (PC2700 DDR SDRAM)
DISPLAY:
-Video Adapter SiS 661FX/GX Mirage Graphics (64 MB)
-3D Accelerator SiS 330 Mirage Integrated
-Monitor Dell M992 [19" CRT] (4N736296BZR5)

QUICK NOTE: i opened up my computer and i saw it had the stock 300 watt power supply. would i need a new psu? or can i manage to play these games with a decent graphics card and not have to upgrade anything else besides the ram and graphics.

More about recommend graphics card computer
  1. You won't be able to play anything decent without 4 gigs of RAM and a new CPU, let alone the graphics card.
  2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161337&Tpk=agp%204670

For now you can play the game you want with this card and start saving money for a new build.
