Since the announcement by Sparkle of the GTS450 Low Profile (code : SXS4501024D5LHD),

I have yet to find out if this card is on sale, any info of where to buy would be much appreciated.

Sometimes these special editions are exclusive to a zone (China, US, or Europe), but it's just as likely no vendor in your country saw the need to order them yet.
