Im am going to build my own computer , but im not that great with parts and what ill need . Basically just list the parts for a gaming computer that i could purchase the parts for and build.

work with those fiqures please for those parts. the biggest issue for me is that i dont know about whats compatible with what and hope that someone can pretty much show me what i can build that satifies what im looking for.

thats the best i could give with your info and i couldn't stick to the figures but it will come out nearly the same price. if you're willing to spend the extra cash or get one 6870 then get an i5 with a 1155 motherboard .

The Phenom II X4 840 has no L3 cache which will hurt it in some benchmarks. Still, it has very good performance for cost. the bulldozers are coming out soon so you can upgrade it after a year and by then they will be cheaper.
