Matrox g450 TV and copywrites

I'm still mulling about the video card on a new AMD/a7v system. I'd like to consider a dual monitor setup so the Matrox goes to the top of the list for that configuration (in fact, the only consumer card that does multi-screen setups, right?). I looked at the old Tom's Guide article on his comparison for the all-in-one cards, and see that the g400 TV had a little problem with copywriten DVDs. Does anyone know if thats still the case with the newer board(g450 TV)?
