Looks decent. I would choose a different psu but that's your choice. A good 850w would be plenty.

If it's for gaming, a 2500K would be just as fast and overclockable for $100 less, and your probably going to upgrade to Ivy Bridge next year so no reason to really go with the 2600K unless you don't plan on doing that.

I'm also baffled that you would build such a high end system and not include an ssd, that's just a shame. I mean $350 for a mobo but no ssd? lol
