AMD 64 new processor but crashes

I replaced the 64 processor and the pc now crashes once its loaded the desk top. An error message says a critical error and it shuts down. The processor was replaced by a professional repair man. I bent the pins on the old processor cleaning it. It all worked fine before that.

What are the full specs of the computer? This includes model numbers for the PSU, CPU, GPU, MB, etc...
