Everything will easily fit into your 900

I would change to this motherboard so you can upgrade to Bulldozer later

Also change the cpu to the 955 and save a few buck and overclock that back up to the 965

Why can't i upgrade with my motherboard? What feature determines that?

The socket compatibility is what determines your potential upgrades. The motherboard you selected is an AM3 socket, where as the Bulldozer chips require the AM3+ socket. The AM3+ socket is backwards compatible with AM3 chips, but you can't get the extra features of Bulldozer without actually buying a Bulldozer chip in the future.

I personally wouldn't go for the Cooler Master PSU; I'd go for an Antec, Corsair, XFX or Seasonic. Your GPU needs ~600W for a single GPU system.

Your CPU/mobo/RAM look good though.
