AT&T - 4-Port Ethernet Wireless Router with DSL Modem for Mac

Hello,
Has anyone heard if the AT&T - 4-Port Ethernet Wireless Router with DSL Modem (Model 2701HG-B) has issues running for Mac users? I've read one review where Mac user said all negative - as opposed to many positive ratings

There are often apparent issues between Mac and non-Apple routers, especially older Macs where Apple lagged some time behind PC's in adopting WPA .

In part because Apple don't use the same terminology for describing things like Wireless Encryption standards as do router manufacturers so, confusion .

I've helped a friend who owns two different Macs and been unable to connect both models to a D-Link router with wireless security enabled whatever we tried
