I have a few questions as well:
(1) With this build, I get no overclocking right? (Pssh, I don't even know the slightest thing about it)
(2) Do I really need a SATA III HDD? Is it any different from SATA II? (I think most PCs don't even utilize all of the SATA II HDD potential, so the only reason for SATA III is RAID?)
(3) Do I have enough power going for the PC? Or do I have too much?

You can build your own computer for less with equal or better parts:

If this is something you are interest in then I'll post a build for you for around 670
