Important question relating ASUS mobo

When I go into the BIOS there are three big squares I can click. One is low the other asus standard and the other asus optimal.

I have a 700w coolermaster extreme and was wondering which one of these settings should I pick if I want the most performance but don't want to fry my GPU? thanks.

I'm using a P8H61M that has those same squares. Personally I notice no difference in gaming between them but I keep it in ''performance'' just because. Besides with a 700w PSU unless you're Crossfire/SLI you don't have to worry about having too little power
