Additional Comments: I will be buying a Dell U2711 sometime after the build is complete.

GPU: EVGA gtx 570 ( a second one will be added along with the Dell U2711 )

Case: Coolermaster HAF X

SSD: Crucial M4

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb


What would you recommend for the optical drive? And website for parts recommendation would be nice :) Thanks for reading.

  1. With the larger resolution you would probably want to take a serious look at the AMD 6950 2GB cards. They excel at higher resolution vs the lower vRAM Nvidia cards.

    They used to, but I have seen posters on this board say AMD put a stop to that. They can still be over clocked though. :)
