GT 220-GT 440

Can somebody please tell me is GT 440 better than GT 220 and can it run newer games like dirt 3 or Just Couse 2 on everything high with 40-60 fps?

I am going to buy gt 440 so i am just asking

If both is DDR5, the 440 would only be marginally better than the 240.
A ddr5 240 should beat the ddr3 440 by a tiny margin though.
