TV card and windows 2000

Is there any TV card out on the market support windows 2000?
What is the best tv card out there that supoort 2000.

ATI All in Wonder Radeon. This works great if you are using an Intel based platform it seems. I used it on my athlon/A7V and could not watch DVD, playback mpeg2, capture, but could watch TV. In my Intel box ita ll works fine.

AIW Radeon. It ships with Win2000 support. Not sure of individual experiences, but it works with A7V/T-bird for people I know... I'm getting it with my new T-bird/ABIT K7 combo...

I have the hauppauge wintv (nicam stereo and FM - version) wich works fine in win2k, however i can't get the recording of video working (in win2k the program doesnt get started, in win 98 the computer freezes after 2 min)
