I ordered my new computer on Friday and right now I'm second guessing my PSU as it's still being shipped.

I ordered the Antec 620W because it was on sale for $35.99 AR.

Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My CPU will be the i5 2500k and my GPU is the GTX 570 Superclocked which requires 550W.

Will this PSU be able to handle my build?

For a system running with a single GeForce GTX 570 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 550 Watt or greater power supply with a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 38 Amps or greater and with at least two 6-pin PCI-Express supplementary power connectors.

The Antec Neo ECO 620C, with its +12 Volt continuous current rating of 48 Amps and with its one 6-pin and one 6+2-pin PCI-Express supplementary power connectors, more than meets the requirements. There is even some reserve capacity to do some overclocking if you want to attempt it.

Awesome. I'm not an expert when it comes to power supplys so I wanted to ask on here first before I built my PC. I do plan on overclocking my i5 to about 4.0GHz but that's it. Thanks for the help bro.
