Hello guys,

I just got a another xfx hd6950 xxx but in furmark the temprature goes over 100 i stopped it then.
After playing dirt 2 for 30 min it is 96C, i was wondering if this is "dangerous" like will it destroy my card??
They are 0,5 mm from each other, would a different mobo help?? cause that one has 3 slots in it, mine has 2 that are really close together.
Bottom card is at 61 C

Thanks!!

you sure the back pannels have been correctly removed for air flow? and that your case is sufficent for your hardware?

also get some software to manually set the fan speeds and crank them up a little perhaps

I should say that is the only difference.
