Best Motherboard for this setup.

Hey guys, I'm considering buying a new computer and I've decided which Graphics card and CPU I want.
The problem is I find it hard to get my head around Motherboards (or which ones i need for my setup)
And i was hoping someone here could give me a quick referral.
My GPU is a GeForce GTX 670
And my CPU is a Intel Core i7 3930K 3.2GHz LGA2011
Further help would concern how many fans I need along with if i need a sound card or not (I don't run surround sound but with my computer sometimes I hear a buzzing noise that drives me up the wall, I concluded it was due to a crappy sound card.)
