I'd like to replace my graphics card on my Dell Inspiron 546. It currently has a Radeon HD 3650, but I think about upgrading it to a 5770. Is this upgrade worth it? Take in mind that I'm a PC-gamer with a limited budget. I have a 300W PSU, but I've already did some calculating and that shouldn't be a problem

HD 5770 is a good choice. But I really doubt that 300w PSU of yours can take it. It needs at least a good brand of 450w PSU with 1x 75w 6-pin connector. etc; seasonic, antec, corsair.

I used this to calculate the PSU:
http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

It says it needs 293 (recommended) or 243 (minimum).
