GA-945GZM-S2 8GB RAM ?

GA-945GZM-S2 Motherboard.
I want to have an upgrade to 8GB of RAM. Is it possible ?
I read that it has 2 sockets and max 4GB Memory. So I didn't get it, was it max 4GB per stick, or 4GB overall?

It isn't possible with your motherboard. The maximum is 4GB total.
