What graphics card for Asus CM1630-08

I am getting 7fps in WoW... horrible.

1. Do I have to stick with ATI or can I go with an nVidia?
2. Should I stick with ATI?
3. It's been a while since I've messed around with hardware... another guy on a different forum said he had to stick with an ASUS gpu to keep compatible with ASUS ecu... I would like to get something like an XFX video card. Would this be a good option?
4. I am not looking for the best, but not the worst either. I need HDMI out and I would like to get a good bargain/value. Any suggestions?

Without knowing what power supply or your budget is, a Radeon 5570 would be a safe bet, it's a lower-end gaming card without much power needs.

hang-the-9 thanks for the quick and to the point response. I will look at that card plus a few upgrades above it. I do think I am going to stick with the radeon line. I might have to upgrade my power supply which won't be a big deal. Thanks.

Open up the case and take a look at the power supply's sticker. Provide the following info:

Name:
Model:
Total Watts:
Amps on the +12v rail(s):
Watts on combined +12v rail(s) if provided:

Better yet, take a picture and post it. Use a site like http://imageshack.us/

Did you upgrade yet? I have the exact same computer and the exact same problems. Curious on how yours is doing and what you did to fix problem.
